Throughout his time, he has been a social worker, community organizer, non-profit organizer, social justice campaigner, serial entrepreneur, and ultimately been seen as a leader in the field of mental health in maryland. He has tirelessly worked with policymakers, non profit groups, and elective officials in Maryland to come up with innovative ways to improve mental health in Maryland.

Ms. Herron has worked in the mental health field for the ast 15 years. Throughout her time, she has been a lisenced social worker, board certified supervisor, strategist, program director, and policy maker. She oversees and manages the faily operations of the organization, administration, and other departments.

Dr. Padder has been in the mental health field for the last 15 years. Throughout his time in the field, he has become a triple board-certified psychiatrist, psychopharmacologist, addiction specialist, researcher, and author of Amazon’s bestseller “Practical Guide to Psychiatric Medications”.He has also received numerous awards including “America’s Top Psychiatrists”, Patient Choice award, Health grades honor roll, Compassionate doctor recognition, Maryland’s Top Doctor award, and many more.
